Piling out rocking recliner - Rocking recliner

I bought a rocking recliner in September 2013 for $300 and also they charge 80$ extra for full 5yr blanket coverage warranty. Now the recliners fiber is piling and thread is coming out and zunhappy from brick .i will never buy anything from brick again.
