Bad experience in the Brick located in Kirkland!
There is a fridge with some dents on the door so they reduce the price from $2300 to $1500, I wanted to buy and asked the sales - Frank if I can have the free delivery, and he asked me if I want financing, I said OK if you can offer, so he went to talk to his manager and came back and said free delivery but no financing. And I said then maybe not, I'll think about it. Then the sales guy - Frank became unhappy and said to me: If your budget is only $2000, don't look at $3000 things! You are looking at a $2300 fridge! What do you want? I said you can not say that! The price is $1500 because there are some dents on the door, that why you sell it in the promotion area, and that's why I am interested. He said: if I have a Porsche and there are some dent on the body, then you ask for free? I said I'm not ask for free! Then his college said: there are many people waiting on the floor...
