    Bad experience in the Brick located in Kirkland! There is a fridge with some dents on the door so they reduce the price from $2300 to $1500, I wanted to buy and asked the sales - Frank if I can have the free delivery, and he asked me if I want financing, I said OK if you can offer, so he went to talk to his manager and came back and said free delivery but no financing. And I said then maybe not, I'll think about it. Then the sales guy - Frank became unhappy and said to me: If your budget is only $2000, don't look at $3000 things! You are looking at a $2300 fridge!   • avoiding repairs

    Fridge started leaking water inside 1 month before extended warranty expires. Serviceman comes to house looks at bowls filled with water inside fridge. Tells wife to un plug fridge for 24-48 hours. I called extended warranty company and voiced my concern being that this is not a fix to to the problem but a band-ad solution. They assured me they back their work. 3 months down the road problem recurring. Call extended warranty company. They tell me too bad. They only back their service repair for 30 days.   • Furniture (couch) Terrible experience with warrenty and customer service...

    I bought the whole living room furniture, dining chairs and a couch for the basement all at the same time. I bought the warranty for the couch set. Spent my hard earned money. The quality of furniture is very poor. It's sagging and cracking all over. I got really frustrated with their process of dealing with repair. Even though, the problem is clearly visible, they simply overlook and deny your genuine claims saying that it is all normal. You waste your time and money and get extremely frustrated frustrated.   • Disaster experience with the brick

    Unfortunately, I made a grate mistake and ordered some items on line from the Brick. I ordered and paid for those items on 26th of August and I still have not received them when it is at the end of September. I found there is no manager at the brick at all. No body cares about customers. As long as they collect the money they are happy and forget about their customers. No body takes responsibility!!! I callet to the customer service they say that I have to call delivery managment and when I call them, they say you have to call to the previous number which is related to on line sale!!!... More...
